Large sized room
Large sized room with space for suitcases. It is close to Teramachi dori, nishi markets and the subway. Surrounded by restaurants and lots of other shops. Bathroom was so, so clean and the washing machine/dryer in the room was awesome.
Nothing it is a great hotel.

Kid friendly and very comfortable stay! T
Very comfortable and kid friendly. Room was amazing with everything we needed, kids loved having their little space with reading lights, we had breakfast at the table every day and bathroom was nice and clean. Reception staff were professional, did a quick and informative check in, helped with luggage transfer and always welcomed us with a smile. We read previously some comments about being far from subway - hotel is like 5 minutes walk to one station and 7-8 min to another one and 15 min walk to Nishiki market, 1 min to Family Mart so not sure what those reviews were about but location was great in our view
There isn’t a toaster and iron in the room. You can borrow these items but it’s subject to availability and they weren’t available couple of times. We didn’t understand why they just didn’t make these available in every room. Also they didn’t want us to borrow more than one umbrella on a rainy day. I asked the night before if it would be ok ( the staff laughed and told me not to worry as they had plenty) but the next day they said they can’t give more than one?! Finally they didn’t change our sheets twice on the scheduled days and left a note saying that we had personal items on the bed. We just had our pyjamas so not sure why they just couldn’t move these and change our sheets…this can be made clear at check in so we know what to do. These are all minor though and can be so easily solved so would make the score 10/10!
